FREE PREVIEW · SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
Pike Place & Waterfront Walk
A self-guided Seattle story walk beginning at Westlake Park and moving through Pike Place Market, the Elliott Bay waterfront, and downtown landmarks.
Stop 1 — Westlake Park
Welcome to Westlake Park, Seattle’s small downtown town square. You’re standing at the top of the slope that drops toward Pike Place Market and Elliott Bay. This preview introduces the style of the full tour: local context, a clear walking cue, and a story you can take in at your own pace.
Walk cue: Walk west, downhill, on Pine Street for about four blocks to 1st Avenue. Turn left and look for the big Public Market Center sign at the end of Pike Street. Take your time and stay aware of traffic and current street conditions.
