By accessing tourguide.live, a service of Pdxflowerguy LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

TourGuide.live provides AI-generated walking tour guides for cities worldwide. Free accounts receive text-based tours. Premium accounts receive additional features including ElevenLabs voice narration and AI on-the-spot tour generation.

3. AI-Generated Content

All tour content, including historical information, folklore, and "Alleged" legend sections, is generated or curated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, this content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. TourGuide.live does not guarantee the historical accuracy of AI-generated content. Always verify critical information independently.

The "Alleged" sections in premium stops are explicitly presented as unverified legends, rumors, or folklore. These are clearly labeled as such and should not be taken as factual claims.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium voice features are billed via Stripe, Inc. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Lifetime passes are a one-time payment with no recurring charges. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Physical Safety

IMPORTANT: TourGuide.live is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or incidents that occur during your walking tour. Always prioritize your physical safety. Follow all local laws, traffic signals, and safety advisories. Do not use the app while driving or cycling.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Scraping or systematically downloading our AI-generated tour content for commercial use
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or replicate our AI tour generation system
  • Using the service to harass, harm, or engage in illegal activities
  • Creating accounts with false information or impersonating others
  • Attempting to circumvent payment requirements for premium features

7. Limitation of Liability

Pdxflowerguy LLC provides this service "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
